I have been a Customer at Laguna Niguel Auto/Europerformance for over 25 years. I knew the prior owner and the current owners very well. There are many reasons why I continue to have my vehicles serviced and maintained there: 1. They are honest. 2. The work performed is all done by Certified Mechanics (who are passionate about their work.) 3. Their prices are fair and MUCH less than gong to the Dealer!
Since my wife and 6 year old daughter drive to our second home in Mexico every month our vehicles must be in top shape - no kidding - Mexico. So if I can feel confident in bringing my cars there for any repair you can too.

I only trust 1 mechanic to touch my vehicles. The honesty, thoroughness, and quality of service here are second to none. And most of the time I've been to the shop, everyone seems happy to be there. Over the years I've had a number of BMWs run through the stable, from an E90 V8 M3 to an E30 318iC, and our current 328 and x3 diesel fleet. They've all been serviced here for years.
The techs, we mostly work with Brandon, are thorough in the assessment of your vehicle, recommending the things that need to be done right away and things that are coming in the future. They aren't constantly trying to upsell something that isn't needed.
Service writer, Aaron, is always straightforward and communicative. The flow of information from the shop to you is fast and free, so you're always in the loop with the workings of your car.
Mike, who runs the whole thing, is a stand up guy. Seems to be always in hand to help out his team when needed, and has an eclectic collection of his own. There's always something new and different being worked on. Shop is a little hard to get to, but we'll worth the trouble of getting there. Not many honest mechanics left I'm afraid. Trust that this team is who you want taking care of things if you can't do it yourself.

This shop has the most friendly employees. Mike, the owner and Rren, the man at the front were welcoming as I visited for my first checkup. I now take my Honda Fit to their shop for everything. So far I've had oil changes and brakes done, but I will be bringing my car to them for a lifetime. The shop is in a quiet business area with parking right in front. It's waiting room is clean and has a big TV/magazines/Kuerig for coffee if you plan to wait while they work on your car. I loved how Rren spoke honestly about work needed on my car, not pushy, and explained everything thoroughly. I'm telling my friends and family about them because from start to finish of each repair, they've handled me and my car with care, and I appreciate that.

Sergio and Aaron were absolutely attentive and honest with my vehicle. While it was a simple job, they took the time to run some specs and top off the fluids. They made sure I left with my Mitsy (Mitsubishi) running great. This business is very welcoming, patient, and informative. Mike you have a great staff backing you up. Keep it up guys!

Mike was great assistance today as I needed to figure out why my car was making a funny noise from my passenger wheel. Found problem and helped adjust accordingly. Would recommend to all ask for Mike. Great price compared to others I've asked in the area. Haven't heard noises since I've got this fixed a few days ago.

I ve been getting my mini cooper and bmw serviced at euro performance for over 8 years and always have the best results no shenanigans just straight talk. Aaron is very knowledgeable, honest and doesn't sugarcoat anything. Straight to the point. i won't go anywhere else.

These guys are great! I will no longer be taking my Jaguar to the dealership for service. Aaron and Mike were both so helpful. They fixed my battery issues and also offered information and a solution so that I would not have the same problem in the future. Thank you!

Every time I would drive my car I would hear a clicking noise. I tried to YouTube it I try to ask my friends they cannot figure it out. One of my friends actually referred me to euro performance world I made an appointment and the technician right away knew exactly what was wrong with it. When I recently put a new engine they didn't tighten everything. Lots of loose stuff they just went over and tightened it .That's why a loud clicking noises was happening. Aaron was really nice and patient with me. I would highly recommend for anyone that needs any repairs to any European cars.. 10 stars if I could!
